Exchange & Return Policy:

  • Exchange within 07 days. Perfumes must have 90% product remaining.
  • Eligible Products: ALL (Except non-eligible items mentioned below)
  • Non-Eligible: Sale items, samples/testers, and specific promotional deals (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are often non-refundable.
    • Process:
      1. Contact us within 3 days via contact@scentsbyshajiya.com or WhatsApp 03351212920.
      2. Provide issue description & clear images.
      3. We’ll guide return instructions.
      4. We’ll process replacement/refund upon receiving & assessing product.
  • Damaged/Defective: We’ll accept returns or offer replacements.
  • Free Returns & Exchanges: Rider pickup & delivery.
  • Note: Record & send video of parcel handover to rider.

Conditions:

  • Cellophane, testers, or box missing/damaged? Small charges may apply.
  • Perfumes used up to 10%: small fee applies.
  • > 10% used: return not eligible.
